Who’s Up?
Good Morning! I can say that because it is 5 o’clock in the morning, and you are on my mind. The feeling might well be mutual. Things happen in life. They have legal consequences. You and your child have the right to remain silent. Let me repeat that: You and your child have the right to remain SILENT. Anyone you discuss your problem or idea with can use it against you. That can happen in courts of law, courts of business, and courts of family. Your problems are your primary concern because only certain people are prohibited from sharing and/or using your information. A few of those people are doctors, psychiatrists, and lawyers. We have to maintain your confidences unless you are planning to hurt someone. Thus, we are safe repositories for what is on your mind. Call us first. We will listen, and we will tell you not to tell anyone else. You should take our advice. You have the right not to post pictures of yourself with guns, drugs, and uncommon amounts of cash on social media. People in the legal community look at them., often. People in the legal community actually monitor them. People in the legal community can and will use them against you. Your business associates will use them against you. Your family will use them against you. So, even if you post it on Snapchat, where it won’t be for long, someone can screen shot it. Someone did in one of my cases. It changed the entire complexion of what I have to recommend. Whatever you have done or need to have done is YOUR business. Help me help you!
